Monday Oct 12th | 6-7pm 

Taste our new crop coffees from Cerro San Luis in Costa Rica where the same coffee has been processed using 3 different methods. Washed, Honey and Natural.
Hosted by Chocolate Fish Coffee's Roaster Mike Bosetti.

“A Guatemalan Dinner with a Guatemalan Coffee Producer”

Thursday 6-9pm

Chef Aimal Formoli will create a Guatemalan Coffee Dinner in honor of our visiting Coffee Producer Juan Luis Barrios from Finca La Merced, Guatemala. A new way to experience Coffee. This is a sit down dinner for 32 people with all profits being donated towards building a computer classroom at the 'Balbina Figueroa de Ortega' school near the farm. Tickets $60 sold only at The East Sac Roastery.

Friday Oct 16th | 6-8pm

A slide show and talk with Coffee Producer Juan Luis Barrios and Roastery Owner Andy Baker. Hear how a true Direct Relationship benefits both grower and roaster, see the results of this long term relationship in a slide show and taste the coffee in multiple forms, nitro, brewed and coffee cocktail.

We’ll take you thru flights of our coffees and teach you how to taste like a professional with our Guatemalan Coffee Producer Juan Luis Barrios. #sweetnessfruitacidity
